Abstract

The monograph highlights the theoretical, methodological and empirical generalization of the results of the dissertation research, a new one is presented view on the problem of studying the psychological foundations of professional development the culture of innovation, grounded personality-profesyonel approach, in accordance with this approach, the psychological structure of the professional innovative culture, psychological factors, mechanisms, patterns of its developments.
