Abstract

The article highlights the necessity and peculiarities of the state regulation of the improvement of professional qualification of pedagogical workers of vocational education in the modern conditions of reforming and modernizing the educational branch of Ukraine. The current state of training and professional development of pedagogical workers in the context of the principles of the system of continuous professional education - education throughout life is considered. Formation, development of professional competence and human resources management is presented as a necessary system and organizational step, which should accompany the reform of the training and professional development of the teacher of a vocational school in the conditions of information and technological development of society.
