Abstract

The article substantiates the need for regulation of vocational education. Overview scientific approaches to the selection model of public management and administration in the system of vocational education. Indicate on the importance of effective communication education market and the labor market, balancing the structure of production of skilled workers training institutions to the needs of the state economy and regions professions, economic activity and quality of training. Directions regulatory approaches appropriate and specific vision of the whole strategy of decentralization in the field of vocational education Ukraine preserving state support constitutional obligation to provide appropriate education.
