Abstract

The monograph "Worldview priorities of humanization of higher education" was prepared on the basis of the results of a fundamental research on the same topic in the department of policy and governance in higher education of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The article substantiates the relationship between humanization and the quality of higher education, formulates the theoretical principles of the policy of providing and improving the quality of higher education as the basis of its humanization, and defines the ways of transformation of management of higher education in the context of the development of a culture of quality. According to the results of the research, a conceptual model of humanization of higher education has been developed as a methodological tool for ensuring its quality in the context of European integration and global globalization, international experience. The monograph will be useful for applicants, lecturers, researchers, heads of higher education, those interested in modernizing higher education in order to improve its quality and effective human development.
