Abstract
The emergence of a new phenomenon of the system of scientific communication – bibliometrics profiles – is considered. Their functions – such as: scientific declaration, structural analysis and scientometrics functions – are defined. The possibilities of realization of the information-analytical system, which will become the united registry of scientific declarations (bibliometrics profiles), are offered.
