Abstract

The article presents the theoretical and practical aspects of educational socialization of pedagogical workers in conditions of continuous education. Important aspects of the activities of subjects of the educational process, which increase the effectiveness of socialization are: the ability to select and implement a variety of methods and forms of education; apply an individual approach that promotes self-development of the individual; performance of diagnostic, design, organizational, informational and consulting, analytical, and reflexive functions during educational activities.
