Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of paradoxes of trauma and combat paradoxes in the context of post-traumatic personality growth. It has been established that taking into account the above paradoxes will increase the effectiveness of providing psychological assistance to ATO participants and facilitate their post-traumatic growth.
