Abstract

The object of research - the relationship "psychotherapist-client" in the crisis socio-cultural conditions. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the relationship between the "psychotherapist-client" in crisis psycho-traumatic circumstances and the patterns of the formation of their effective models for psychotherapeutic assistance to the victims. The purpose of the research is to determine the specificity of the relationship between the "psychotherapist-client" in crisis psycho-traumatic circumstances; to find out the characteristics and conditions for the formation of helping relationships, which are favorable for overcoming the consequences of psychotrauma, features of establishment of therapeutic relations in work with different categories of victims. Methods of research: at the stage of theoretical revision - analysis, comparison, systematization, generalization of theoretical and experimental data; at the stage of empirical research - observation, questionnaires, interviews, testing; methods of experimental psycho-semantics; analysis of the practice of crisis counseling and psychotherapy; analysis of the product of work. It is ascertained how the main phenomena of psychotherapeutic interaction show themselves during psychotherapeutic help to those who survived severe stress events. In particular, describes the traumatic transfer / countertransference, the therapeutic alliance and contract and the peculiarities of their influence on the development of psychotherapeutic relationships in crisis situations. The peculiarities of the formation the helping relationships, which are favorable for overcoming the consequences of psychotrauma, the development of therapeutic relationships in dealing with different categories of victims (internally displaced persons - adults and children, wounded soldiers, soldiers who are in rehab, families of soldiers). The features of negative emotional states of volunteers-psychologists / psychotherapists, which have a place in work with victims, and factors influencing their occurrence and exacerbation are revealed. Classification of types and forms of mass-media communication in the system of "psychologist-population" is carried out; the most acceptable of them for the various categories of the sufferers is determined, as well as the factors influencing their effectiveness.
