Abstract
The monograph analyzes theoretical and methodological aspects of the training of pedagogical personnel for working with adults. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign experience, the specifics of professional training and activities of specialists working with an adult audience are disclosed. The peculiarities of professional training of pedagogical staff for work with adults in formal and informal education are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the development of andragogical competence of staff. Prognostic rationale for the use of non-formal education opportunities for training pedagogical personnel for working with adults is carried out. The publication is intended for education managers, academics, practitioners, NGO representatives, all those interested in life-long education and adult education.
