Abstract
The paper is prepared to the anniversary of the memory of Mykhailo Semenovych Slobodianyk (1949-2015), an outstanding Ukrainian scientist, librarian, documentalist, bibliographer, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, corresponding member of the International Academy of Informatisation. The author of the paper reveals how V.O. Sukhomlynskyi SSPL of Ukraine popularises the achievements of librarians, bibliographers, bibliologists and documentalistsof Ukraine and the world.
