Abstract

The orientation of personal growth during a post-nonclassical era towards the increasing ability to transformations in comparison with the period of nonclassical rationality when growth occurred towards subjectivity strengthening, and the period of classical rationality when efforts of the personality were bent on the achievement of stability and safety is analyzed in the article. It is defined that within post-nonclassical rationality the person ceases to strive for an accurate hierarchy of values, roles, turning into the interaction of certain processes which don't provide the fixed structure and become anti-teleologic. It is shown that specifics of growth in post-nonclassical times change depending on mutually configurations of identification, autonomization, dialogization, practicing and nomadizing processes as modes of the personal existence. Configurations of growth vectors can emerge around one or several personal modes (for example, round a nomadizing process in options of the flaneur, tramp, tourist, player).
