Abstract

The article reveals the concept of information and communication competence of the head of the institution of general secondary education in the conditions of distance learning. The model of management of development of information and communication competence of the manager is determined, the indicators of such components are selected and described: motivational-value, cognitive-activity, reflexive. It is pointed out the importance of ensuring the effective improvement of the skills of heads of institutions of general secondary education in order to develop information and communication competence.
