Abstract
The article considers the problem of activisation of library publishing activity by arranging and issuing electronic publications. The experience of V. O. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine in enlarging the number o f electronic serial and periodical publications is presented.
