Abstract

In a manual basic research job performances are presented "Scientifically-methodical bases of modernisation of educational activity higher educational establishments of післядипломної pedagogical education on principles of modern technologies". Results over of analysis of the state of післядипломної pedagogical education are brought, the necessity of modernisation of educational activity is reasonable for higher educational establishments of післядипломної pedagogical education, it is described structural-functional model of modernisation of educational activity in INSTITUTION of higher learning of air DEFENCE and algorithm and technology of introduction of her components in in-plant training of pedagogical workers and other In additions Statute is presented about in-plant training of leading, scientifically-pedagogical and pedagogical shots of education in University of management of formation of НАПН of Ukraine. For the leaders of education, teachers of educational establishments of післядипломної pedagogical education, listeners of courses of in-plant training, graduate students.
