Abstract
The methodical recommendations present modern approaches to the development of professional competence of the heads of departments in communication companies: the principles of development of professional competence are characterized; features of the use of technologies of blended learning, post-training support, coaching technologies, distance learning are characterized; methods of determining the trajectory of self development and increasing motivation of the personnel for training and self development are presented; The technologies of assessment the levels of professional competence development of the specified category of managers are presented.
