Abstract
Methodical recommendations are devoted to the problem of development of personal and professional qualities of spiritual culture of pedagogical workers. In the first section of the methodological recommendations, the author carried out a theoretical analysis of research in the domestic psychological and pedagogical science on the personality and professional qualities of the spiritual culture of pedagogical workers. The psychological content of the spiritual culture and the values of the personality of the teacher is determined. The second section of the methodological recommendations is devoted to the development of a conceptual model for the development of personal and professional qualities of the spiritual culture of teaching staff. The third section presents the methodology "For the sake of goodness, beauty, truth" for the teaching staff Methodical recommendations are for pedagogical workers and future teachers.
