Abstract

In the article the importance of coaching approach to learning in the institution of higher education, the peculiarities of the relations between teacher and student that promote personal and professional development are presented. The essence and main approaches to the definition of "coaching", aspects of the coaching process are reflected in it. Justified the importance of the application of the coaching technology and use coaching tools in higher education.
