Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the topical problem of formation of senior pupils’ self-exactingness in the process of vocational guidance. The educational possibilities of vocational guidance for formation of senior pupils’ self-exactingness are revealed. The essence of the notion “self-exactingness of a senior pupil” is specified. The criteria of self-exactingness of senior pupils are determined (cognitive, emotional-value, practic-actional), as well as their indices, and the levels of this quality are described. The complex of methods of formation of senior pupils’ self-exactingness has been developed as a unity of content, means and technics; its efficiency being experimentally tested.
