Abstract

In the article social dialogue is analyzed as an effective way to consolidate society and overcome its polarization, to build consensus of conflicting interests between different social groups and the state as the bearer of political power which is a priority of the state policy of Ukraine. The peculiarities of social dialogue as a form of targeted communication space for effective solving of the key issues in contemporary society are described. The interactive cycle of interplay between partners of social dialogue is presented. It has 8 stages: 1) current topic (interests, needs, desires, etc.); social problem that has to be solved also within the help of the state as a power bearer; 2) formulation of the agreed request, definition of the object, subject, purpose and tasks of social dialogue; 3) interrelation of the agreed request with the objective realities of the environment; 4) the search of resources that are necessary for the problem solution; 5) making agreed solutions, finding the strategy and tactics of its realization, delivery of agreement; 6) realization of the decision; 7) implementation of the results; 8) estimation of the effectiveness and profitability for the society of the implemented results. The main risks of unsuccessful communication and conditions of prevention risks at each stage of the social dialogue development are determined.
