Abstract

This article analyzes the problems of inequality in the education system of Germany within the social and educational reforms. Discussed in detail the status of three problematic social groups: immigrants and children from their families, members of socially vulnerable segments of society (people with disabilities, prisoners), different categories of women. It was studied gender issues in the education system, with regard to issues of professional education and training, equal opportunities in the construction of a scientific career. It was analyzed the findings of the German scientists that the educational system of the united Germany has ceased to perform its main function – to create the preconditions for social success is determined by his ability, persistence and energy. Instead, at the stage of secondary school operate machinery rather decline than improve social mobility.
