Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of career orientations of future skilled workers. Theoretical foundations on forming ideas on professional success and career development orientations are substantiated. The article deals with approaches to the development of educational technology in the formation of vocational students’ ideas about professional success and career development orientations. The differences in career orientations of students are determined. Particular attention is paid to the determination and justification of methods of making positive changes in the formation of career orientations of future skilled workers in the course of their training in vocational education
