Abstract

The system training employees at Volkswagen Group Corporation in Poland is analyzed. Several courses and trainings are presented, which help employees to develop their theoretical knowledge in parallel with their professional experience. As a result of the analysis, the use of such teaching methods as lectures, stories and mostly practical methods: practical exercises («Quality Module», «NLK» New Logistic Concept) and creative tasks: («5S method», «Ergonomics implementation training») has been recorded. Staff training also covers the problem teaching methods: didactic games («SMED» (Single Minute Exchange of Die), imitation method («Factory simulation module»). For newly hired staff, implementation training will be provided to obtain the main information about the corporation and the processes of the Corporation. VGP is also well cooperated with the Adam Mickiewicz University, University of Economics, Academy of Physical Education, Academy of Management and Academy of Video Surveillance. In addition to improving the competence of employees, VWP also takes care of the conditions and comfort of work, including their health. VGP has opened a rehabilitation and sports center in order to improve the health of the staff.
