Abstract
Realization of distance learning is provided through the system of resource centers of distance education. Among the main tasks of their work, an important place is allocated to information provision, thanks to the use of electronic, digital educational resources. With the development of information and communication networks (ICMs), in particular cloud-based technologies, computational resources become available to the user as a web service. Therefore, the problems of ensuring the content-information filling of the educational space with the necessary electronic resources, such as e-books, libraries, educational portals, distance educational services, etc. are put forward to the fore. Improving the quality and availability of these resources for a much wider range of users creates the preconditions for developing a high-tech infrastructure of the learning process that meets the requirements of the present.
