Abstract
Last years development of library business актуалізувався in Ukraine, there is an improvement of image of librarians, there is переосмислення of professional competens workers of library-informative sphere. The special meaningfulness this aspect acquires in the context of strategic tasks of reformation of education in Ukraine, when a transition originates from the quantitative indexes of educational services to quality.
