Abstract
The creation of the curriculum "Electronic Open Journal Systems in Scientific and Pedagogical Studies" is due to the need to develop a scientific and methodological support the process of teaching academic and scientific staff the basics of the use of electronic open access systems in scientific research. The syllabus presented in the program focuses, first of all, on scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, post-graduate students, doctoral students, scientists who are interested in conducting scientific and pedagogical research.
