Abstract
The dissertation is devoted to the study of pedagogical conditions for the formation of senior students' focus on future professional success in the process of professional orientation in a general educational institution. The work solves a number of tasks: the essence of the orientation of the senior pupil for future professional success is specified; criteria and indicators of formation of senior pupils' orientation for future professional success are determined; the levels of formation of senior pupils in the direction of future professional success, ascertained as a result of the determining stage of the experiment, are characterized; the pedagogical conditions of formation of the orientation of high school students for the future professional success in the process of professional orientation are determined; the results of the study are analyzed.
