Abstract

The scientific publication presents the results of a collective research of Department of Foreign Systems of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of NAPN of Ukraine on a teachers professional training in developed countries of the world. Were defined features of teachers professional training: legislative regulations; structure, content, forms, methods and technology of a professional training of pedagogical workers. Suggested recommendations for creative use of constructive ideas of foreign experience in the updating process of the native system of continuous pedagogical education.
