Abstract

The article analyses the causes and consequences of destructive behaviour; it is accentuated that in modern conditions the established interpretation of a destruction as a process, aimed at the destruction of a structure, and destructive behaviour (as aggressive, deviant and delinquent) acquire new characteristics. The attention is paid to the fact that the main characteristic of destructive behaviour is its social determinism of socio-political practices and dominant meanings. The phenomenology levels of destructive phenomenon are distinguished. The possible ways to overcome destructive social and political behaviour and legal nihilism are given.
