Abstract

Theoretical principles of Pedagogics of cooperation worked out by the famous scientist of our country V. M. Syniov are analysed. The issues of the resocialization of convicted off enders in modern society (social-psychological aspect) are considered. The directions for further scientifi c research of the mentioned problems are defi ned.
