Abstract

In the scientific article the author emphasizes that the trends in the modernization of the education system in the direction of pragmatism, technologization and informatization of the learning process threaten the internal unity and integrity of pedagogy. The researcher identifies three contradictions between pedagogical science and educational practice and reveals the problem of methodological studies in pedagogy.
