Abstract
Features personal and professional development in conditions of uncertainty. The article examines the relationship of professional development and personal growth, which in the face of uncertainty requires constant existential choice. Willing to uncertainty is seen as a positive potential that extends the ways of responding to the complexity of life, provides various opportunities for personal development, opening up new meanings.
