Abstract
The handbook reveals the condition and summarizes the scientific information, publishing, teaching activities 48 leading educational libraries in the 2017. Handbook contains 971 positions. Publishing to coordinate the functioning of the network of education libraries Ministry of education of Ukraine and National Academy of pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, improve the quality of information services of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff, improvement of professional activity of specialists of libraries in the educational sector of Ukraine. The Handbook is intended for librarians, methodologists of departments of education and science of the regional and city administrations, and other educators involved in the development of pedagogical science, education and practice.
