Abstract

The article describes the use of the Ukrainian social networks in educational process of General educational institutions. On the basis of social networking teachers are actively created and developed a virtual community for the organization and management of the educational process or independent activity in the specific discipline. Noted that research students in the social network is organized in small groups. Here, it is convenient to place tasks for independent work or for collaborative work on the project. As a result of such group interaction and individual work, students have the opportunity to learn the material, try to apply this knowledge in design activities and add links to other sites containing materials on the subject. It is noted that in social networks there are many opportunities for "flipped learning" which is lately gaining popularity and use of the activity method.
