Abstract
The problem of forming new approaches in the evaluation of the results of the educational process, fixation and measurement of which is possible within the framework of a certain taxonomic model, is investigated. The actions that the student can develop by realizing his activity in the information and educational environment and outlining the tools of ICT and PCM are outlined.
