Abstract
This article deals with the comparison and comparative characteristics of internal and external worlds of the individual in psychological and pedagogical context. The focus on philosophical and psychological views of the outside G.S. Skovoroda great macrocosm world of symbolic biblical world and the internal small microcosmic world. Analyzed in terms of a dialectical scientific understanding of the inner and outer worlds of the personality of contemporary philosophers , psychologists and educators. Were allocated antinomical intrinsic characteristics of these worlds to take them into the education system and teachers. Suggested that self-image and self-concept as integral consciousness may result from ontogenetic seal scaled concentrating the inner body-soul-spiritual world characteristics of the external society and its transformation into domestic society with its specific structural and contextual and functional and operational parameters and capabilities. At that adults actually act as intermediaries, mediators, facilitators implement mutual place between the worlds - I as the center of the inner world to the outer world and the society in general and on the contrary, in the development of the individual student. Put forward the assumption that in common personal approach is advisable separate its nuclear part - personal-world orientation of the education system that could clarify, deepen purposefuling teaching staff and on this basis to improve the effectiveness of the professional activity of teachers - teachers, educators, teachers, psychologists and social employees.
