Abstract

Strengthening national education system intensified educational research in Ukraine. Increasingly, they resorted to practitioners of various educational institutions. However, today many studies conducted at a low academic level, without a deep theoretical and practical understanding of the changes in the political strategies of education, change of the type of educational policy, without basic principles of national school building. Prevailing research methods that do not provide the necessary objectivity and reliability obtained empirical data.
