Abstract
Based on the scientific analysis of the nature and content of ethnic and cultural identification, detection values of folk art in the formation of national character and mentality of the people concluded on the need to develop and implement measures at the national level with the preservation and transmission of ethnic culture as the most important measure implementation and uniqueness of the nation, its spiritual foundations.
