Abstract
On the basis of analysis of the psychological and pedagogical approaches to determination of essence and types of styles of activity are educed features and described basic styles of management. Reasonable advantage of democratic, situational and participational styles of governance of authoritarian, liberal-anarchistic and inconsistent styles. Dependence of style of management of leader is exposed on the level of professional maturity of inferiors.
