Abstract
In the article the results of scientifically-pedagogical experiment are approved from development of methodological culture of adjuncts (graduate students). Research is conditioned by reformation of the system of training of scientific and scientifically-pedagogical personnel’s for the necessities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through a graduate. An experiment confirms, that a scientific leader and scientific school come forward as a key role in becoming of scientific and scientifically-pedagogical shots of higher qualification with the high level of development of methodological culture. In a scientifically-pedagogical experiment to the control and experimental groups included there were both adjunct and graduate students. It is done with the aim of verification of results of dissertation research. The offered organizationally-pedagogical providing of preparation of adjuncts must befit and for graduate students, except secret part, that will not participate in an experiment. Authors in the first are approve the results of scientifically-pedagogical experiment from development of methodological culture for adjuncts and graduate students. The theoretical value of research consists in development of theory of methodological culture of adjuncts. The practical value of research consists in validifying of the offered solutions during dissertation research.
