Abstract

The program of visual arts for grades 5 special secondary schools for children with impaired hearing designed according to the State standard of secondary education, based on the provisions of the Concept of secondary education and secondary school media program taking into account the mental and physical capabilities of students with hearing loss, providing implementation korektsiyno- personal educational objectives of students with hearing fruitfully develop cognitive, emotional and sensual spheres, enrich, deepen and systematize knowledge form the artistic ability and aesthetic needs and interests. Acting on the inner world of the student, the art involves human emotions to it, has the ability to navigate the surrounding life awakens sensitivity to beauty, stimulating the development of figurative thinking, associative memory, elements of creative imagination. Fine activities for children with hearing impairment not only one of the most important but also the most affordable means of aesthetic education.
