Abstract

In the modernization of scientific information of modern libraries, which is primarily to improve the information system of different disciplines, became noticeable increase qualification requirements for library staff. In terms of competency based education is bilshoyiaktualnosti it takes a competency based approach to qualification characteristics librarians.
