Abstract

The problem of professional self-realization of youth is investigated in monograph in light of social and psychological discourse. The concept that interprets professional self-realization as an ideal phenomenon, a conscious process of self-realization of the subject in the chosen professional field that has significant social potential is proposed. The potencies of the person in the process of reaching acme are revealed. The results of the study barriers and potencies of success are analyzed. Author refers to the family and the collective unconscious, isolating the social professional capital of family as parents’ experience which was reflected in some way, integrated in world view of children, adopted and recreated by them. Monograph is addressed to specialists in the field of social psychology, as well as young people, especially students who are interested in the problem of professional self-realization.
