Abstract

The article envisages the results o f the research in the field o f vocational education and training K EYW O RD S ' obtained in the Institute o f Vocational Education NAPS o f Ukraine during 2013-2015 years. The Vt I qti; ilillcd ' conceptual basis o f training content for skilled professionals focused on the requirements o f the labor are characterized. The methodological approaches to the development of professional and management ; educational standards for competency-based are represented. It is emphasized on importance of decentralization integrating the techniques for working professionals into one - technologically sophisticated innovative nedas>os>ical "enlarged" profession through research relationships between certain types of work in the field of technoios'io-i ~ professional activity. nruiCbSion' il ti шпиц necessity o f formation future qualified workers’ energy efficient competence in the process methodic o: teaching the course "Energy-efficiency basis" is grounded. It is concluded that the open professional training o f a company personnel expands their opportunities for professional development both in the enterprise and beyond; optimizes training costs and timing, increases their competitiveness. The author determined the activities o f vocational schools for students’ vocational guidance, selection and implementation o f their professional career. The theoretical value o f educational technology concept and formation o f youth’s perception o f their professional success, their respective personal and professionally important qualities development. It is emphasized on the practical importance o f personal and developmental technologies, methods o f teacher training schools for professional use in the educational process developed by the Institute. The methodological approaches to the development o f electronic textbooks, public information and educational environment as an integrated, dynamic, open Web-space functionally aimed at forming electronic interaction between the subjects o f vocational education, providing educational, institutional relations and conditions for centralized electronic methodical support the educational process in professional schools are analyzed. It is noted that the decentralization o f VET management under market conditions should be based on the following principles: coordination o f interests o f state and local governments; unity of regional and sectoral educational policy community; proportionality regarding financial security etc. The necessity to use in management o f professional education marketing approach is emphasized. It represents the experimental results o f marketing service in Romny High VET school o f Sumy region: stable demand for educational services; positive trend o f employment o f graduates; increase in revenues from educational and productive activities. The importance o f software developed by the Institute information resource "PROFTEH" in monitoring the activities o f management of professional education at various levels for effective management decisions is represented. However, attention is focused on the development of information-analytical competence of teaching staff in VET schools. The proposals to reform the existing vocational education in vocational education and training to ensure training o f qualified specialists, labor m arket demand, continuous professional development o f enterprises are given.
