Abstract

At the present stage of development of education and science are widely used scientometric database to determine performance ratings citations of scientists and scientific publications. The main sources of information for scientific journals and international community of experts citation index is a database of American publishing Bowker Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, which includes descriptions of nearly 300 thousand. Publications, including more than 220 ths. Current editions in 200 languages from 90 ths. Publishers.
