Abstract

In modern conditions for scientific research, including search, analysis and use of scientific achievements have ensured appropriate information and analytical support. Also important is the selection of tools to ensure conditions for the rapid exchange of information and data, analysis and synthesis, evaluation and monitoring of performance of the researcher. An important problem arises users free access to research results. WorldCat - the world's largest bibliographic database with more than 240 million records of various publications and editions in 470 languages.
