Abstract

Paper basis on analysis of adaptation problem from the point of view of different scientific approaches. Theoretical basis of social and psychological adaptation of communities for conditions of war conflict is determined. It is described as a complicated process of building productive interaction with environment which is affected both by a person and a group subject (community). They mutually adapt and create unified adaptive space which is resulted in formation of a new positive social identity adequate to social changed due to a war conflict. Importance of such system qualities as vitality, psychological elasticity, group effectiveness formation is shown. They are understood as ability for construction of productive systems of interaction revealed in adaptation strategies of a person/community to conditions and consequences of a war conflict.
