Abstract

The article analyzes the interaction between actors in adult education, which is a necessary condition for the effectiveness of the educational process. Considered adult education with socio-cultural point of view, the components of the interaction of the teacher and adult learners from a psychological point of view. Also disclosed is the role of the teacher in the communicative culture of dialogue and interactive teaching methods, based on constant interaction adult subjects of the educational process.
