Abstract
The adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" reinforces the relevance of training through research and through research requires fundamental changes in technology and methods of using the results of research in preparing candidates of higher education.For the development of science in the universities created more favorable conditions, namely decreasing the workload of teachers and released time for scientific study and research students, increasing the level of university autonomy, which allows them to raise additional funds for research, including business structures, increasing communication with academic university research to improve logistics research activities of students and teachers.
