At the time of the sociocultural context determined the influence of culture, politics and the structure of communities, in which people trained, educated, working. The current situation in the country due to political and economic destabilization processes show that the success of social and professional adaptation of skilled workers in contradictory terms of professional activity, largely depends on the ability of their productive operation on a wide variety of social vectors. In such circumstances, standardized content of training skilled workers not fully meet the requirements of social situations even within the educational process.
