Abstract

For the first time the concept of basic education was formulated by Wilhelm von Humboldt, it was noted that the subject of such education should be exactly the fundamental knowledge that science opens today; Moreover, education must be built into the research. High School nineteenth century largely followed the Humboldt model, according to which university - an elite school, where teaching and research are inseparable unity, and the emphasis is on training and education of creative personality, capable of self-development.
